Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If you would like a refund or an exchange, you must return your item(s), postmarked no later than 14 days after reception date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original plastic wrap packaging. We will only accept unwrapped items if they have manufacturing defects.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT RETURNS: We will not accept returns for any other reasons (such as "bought by mistake", "better price available somewhere else", "no longer needed", "content not as expected", "arrived after estimated delivery date"). We are a small business and cannot offer the same return policy as other companies you might be accustomed to, like Amazon. If you are unsure about an item and would like more info, email us! Our support team will get back to you within 48 hours.


You will need to go to your account and submit an RMA request (Return Merchandise Authorization) from the "My Orders" tab.

1) In the subject line, please indicate RMA.

2) In the email, we will need the following information: order number, date of purchase, reason for the return, and whether the item is still in its original packaging (plastic wrap). Pictures are always welcome.

Once your request has been approved, we will email you the return process within 2-3 business days. 

Please note that customers wishing to return an item are responsible for the return shipping fees. To avoid any shipment issues, please ship the item Priority Mail or inquire about a shipment option with a tracking number and insurance in the event the item gets lost or damaged during its return to us. We will not be able to refund you if the item gets lost or damaged. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund is being processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few business days.

If an item is missing from your order and you wish to be refunded for the missing item, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to inform us about this issue.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We only replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at
